homemade whole wheat organic pizza dough

what you need

1 Cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Organic White Flour
1 Package Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Tablespoon Sugar or Agave Syrup.
Organic Olive Oil
handful of asparagus (optional)
two cups of fresh spinach (optional)
3 tablespoons skim ricotta (optional)
pearl mozzarella balls, fresh

    1. Add flours to very large bowl and olive oil.
    2. In cup, add yeast, water and your choice of sugar,
agave syrup or honey. Mix with spoon.
    3. Pour liquid into flour mixture &
mix with your hands until the dough forms.
    4. Remove dough from bowl and kneed the dough on table lightly
with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
    5. Lightly grease the large bowl and replace the dough ball in the bowl.
    6. Let dough rest and rise in bowl for about 1 hour while the top
of the bowl is covered with a warm wet dish towel.
The towel should not be touching the dough, this is only to
keep the moisture and warmth in the dough.

The rest is adding what you want to the dough for personal pizzas.
Adriana and Ryland added mozzarella cheese and pepperoni
mine and hubby's pizza- ricotta, fresh mozzarella, spinach and asparagus.
