I borrowed this recipe from a lovely friend of mine,
Courtney from i love the way you say good morning!
take a second and go check her out- show her some love.
This is an Iddings family recipe and was so delighted to
be able to make them and share them with mine!
it's super yummy and super easy!

these would make an amazing super bowl treat, too.

what you need
(in pictures)

one cup mayo
one and a half cups shredded parmesan cheese
one cup black olives- chopped
half cup green onions- chopped

one pack of English muffins- six
fourth to half teaspoon cayenne pepper
(to taste- we used a lot!)

what to do
preheat oven to 375 degrees

1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl

2. fork open your English muffins and place onto a baking pan

3. spread mixture onto English muffins

4. Cut English muffins into fourths and pop them into the oven
to bake for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly and light golden brown.

tip!
something I thought was really convenient
for busy parents or if you are throwing a party and have a lot to do
make the mixture ahead of time!
prep everything and spread onto English muffins
pop them into the fridge and bake the next morning.
I froze some for a snack one day and
they came out equally as delicious!
