this takes the cake

and I mean the whole cake- 

or the scrumptious slice above.

 So, there is this really amazing professor-

her name is Sarah. 

 She's a super photographer

 with amazing dogs

 and she's got killer style. 

 She also writes for a magazine called Modern Ink-

an eclectic variety of inspiration, I naturally fell in love with. 

one day she was like, 

"you should totally submit your lunchbox pics to modern ink"

and I was like, 

 "you made my whole new year"

 dork, right?

 I'm lucky enough for her to even have that idea-

so I followed up with it and it wasn't but a couple of weeks later

 that she messaged me back telling me that...

 remember that good news?

 I have the go ahead to let you guys in on it 

 & I am so excited to be able to share.

 I am going to be featured in the 

February issue of Modern Ink Magazine!

say what?

yes sir!

 We have a photo shoot planned where the kids and I will be making a special treat! 

and later this week we will be picking the lunches 

which will be chosen to go with the article.

I am seriously- well honestly, 

 I can't even put into words how grateful I am for this opportunity

 and how amazing it is to be noticed for something I love to do. 

the best part is sharing this with you guys. 

 I remember how much you all supported my idea's

 and inspired me to document & post Adriana's lunches.

plus, it's a February issue, Valentine's Day is one of our favorite holidays

 and I couldn't be happier.
